Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy governs the procedure for processing and using Personal and other data of the Site improver.by (hereinafter - improver.by).
By transferring to improver.by Personal and other data through the Site, the User confirms his consent to the use of the specified data on the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.
The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about Users, including their Personal Data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution and protection of information provided by the User are governed by this Policy, other official documents and the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
By using the Site, the User expresses his full agreement with the terms of this Policy.
If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Site must be terminated immediately.
1. TERMS
1.1. Site - a Site located on the Internet at https://improver.by. All exclusive rights to the Site and its individual elements (including software, design) belong to improver.by in full.
1.2. User - a person using the Site.
1.3. Legislation - the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
1.4. Personal data - Personal data of the User that the User provides about himself or herself or in the process of using the functionality of the Site.
1.5. Data - other data about the User (not included in the concept of Personal data).
1.6. Service (s) - services provided by improver.by.
2. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. Improver.by collects and stores only those Personal data that are necessary for the provision of improver.by Services and interaction with the User.
2.2. Personal data can be used for the following purposes:
2.2.1 provision of Services to the User, including for the purpose of receiving targeted advertising by the User;
2.2.2 User identification;
2.2.3 interaction with the User;
2.2.4 sending advertising materials, information and requests to the User;
2.2.5 conducting statistical and other research;
2.3. Improver.by, among other things, processes the following data:
2.3.1 surname, first name;
2.3.2 email address;
2.3.3 mobile phone number;
5 data that is automatically transmitted to the Services in the course of their use using the software installed on the User's device, including the IP address, geographical location, information from cookies, information about the operating system and the User's browser (or other program, using access to the Services), the duration of the visit, page views and navigation paths on the Site, the address of the requested page and the sources of links.
2.4. The user is prohibited from indicating on the Site Personal data of third parties.
3. USE OF PERSONAL AND OTHER DATA
3.1. Improver.by undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the GDPR EU for the following purposes:
3.1.1. Administration of the Site Improver.by and business;
3.1.2. sending commercial offers, marketing communications regarding our business or the business of carefully selected third parties that we believe may be of interest to you, by email, if you specifically agreed to do so, or similar technology (you can contact us at any time if you no longer need marketing messages);
3.1.3. sending a request or information to a phone number through applications - messengers in the absence of communication by e-mail;
3.1.4. verifying compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of the Site (including monitoring private messages sent through the Personal Messaging Service Site);
3.1.5. ensuring the security of the Site and preventing fraud.
3.2. With regard to Personal Data and other User Data, their confidentiality is maintained, except when the specified data is publicly available.
3.3. Improver.by has the right to keep an archive copy of Personal Data and Data.
3.4. Improver.by has the right to transfer Personal Data and User Data without the User's consent to the following persons:
3.4.1 state bodies, including bodies of inquiry and investigation, and local self-government bodies at their motivated request;
3.4.2 partners improver.by;
3.4.3 in other cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
3.5. Improver.by has the right to transfer Personal Data and Data to third parties not specified in clause 3.4. of this Privacy Policy, in the following cases:
3.5.1 The User has expressed his consent to such actions;
3.5.2 the transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of the Site or the provision of services to the User;
3.5.3 the transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer assumes all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy.
3.6. The processing of the User's Personal Data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in Personal Data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.
4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
4.1. Improver.by carries out proper protection of Personal and other data in accordance with the Legislation and takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Personal data.
4.2. The applied protection measures, among other things, allow you to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with them.
5. USER RIGHTS
5.1 The user has the right to request any personal information about himself that is stored on the Site.
5.2. The user has the right at any time to ask not to process his personal information for marketing purposes.
6. SITES OF THIRD PARTIES
6.1. The site may contain hyperlinks and information about the Sites of third parties. Improver.by does not control and is not responsible for the Privacy Policy and practices of third parties.
7.COOKIE FILES
7.1 The site uses cookies. A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by the web server to the web browser and stored by the browser. The ID is then sent back to the server every time the browser requests a page from the server. Cookies can be either “persistent” or “session”: persistent cookies are stored by the web browser and remain valid until their specified expiration date, unless the User deletes them before the expiration date; session cookies, on the other hand, expire at the end of the User's session when the web browser is closed. Cookies usually do not contain any information that identifies the User, but the personal information that the Site stores about the User may be associated with information stored in and obtained from cookies. The site uses both session and persistent cookies. (Google Analytics, Adwords, Yandex.Metrica)
7.2. Blocking all cookies will negatively affect the usability of many Sites. If the User blocks cookies, he will not be able to use all the functions of the Site.
8. OTHER PROVISIONS
8.1. The law of the Republic of Belarus shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and improver.by arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
8.2. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation at the place of registration improver.by. Before going to court, the User must comply with the mandatory pre-trial procedure and send improver.by a corresponding claim in writing. The term for responding to a claim is 30 (thirty) business days.
8.3. If, for one reason or another, one or more provisions of the Privacy Policy are found invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity or applicability of the remaining provisions of the Privacy Policy.
8.4. Improver.by has the right at any time to change the Privacy Policy (in whole or in part) unilaterally without prior agreement with the User. All changes take effect the next day after posting on the Site.
8.5. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
8.6. The user undertakes to independently monitor changes to the Privacy Policy by reviewing the current version.
